if a record looks and plays good otherwise but has the following visual characteristics, are they considered in only good or less condition? small hole(s) in the label,a stain or something on the vinyl area that`s not a scratch or scuff. also,a small bubble/bliister,dimple,on the vinyl area or label. what if the outside rim of the record has a rough edge ,discoloration, etc. on it. also, what about slight visual warps that don`t affect the sound of the record?

All of these ultimately affect the final grade. The key is: whatever grade you assign, be honest, discriminating and forthright in your description of the flaw(s). A buyer must always know exactly what he is getting (read: no surprises). So, for example, it is quite OK to list a record NM, if the vinyl is exactly that (the N stands for NEAR--a lot of people forget this), even if the label has a drill hole or sticker, AS LONG AS YOU MAKE THIS CLEAR!
I would probably say something like: vinyl is NM, label is VG+ with a radio station sticker.

If you're selling it Greg, the best way to list it is like you just did. A buyer can tell you're being perfectly honest then.
