I often wonder why some online sellers seem so convinced that they'll get $100 for an item that routinely sells for less than $50 in the same condition, or why they'll list an item literally for years without lowering the price. In fact, I know one seller who raises the BIN list price of all his items periodically, even the ones that he has listed for several years.

There is a classical record seller like that on eBay, momarecords. He is quite content to list everything at 2 or 3 times what everyone else sells them for. He does have top stuff, and does make some sales.

If he's satisfied to operate like that, who's to say he's wrong? If someone wants to buy a rare record right away, and doesn't care about price, this guy has it in stock and ready to ship.

He does have a very nice blue Beatles box for $950.

::: A guy in downtown has a mini-record and cd store. He has all the Beatles Remastered Lps. My guess is that probably he got his own box damaged or something. He's selling the Lps and the book individually.
$240 MEX ($17 USD ) each. He wants $50 USD for the Book alone.

If I were able, I would get'em all. It's cheaper than get the box and pay the customs for such a heavy package.
