If you're traveling near Birmingham, Alabama USA, head a little north on US 31 to Gardendale and check out Birmingham Records at 1103 Main Street. Two long time collectors have pooled their resources and made the leap into retail. If you regularly attend shows in Austin or Allentown, you may have met Ray Edwards and Jack Wilson at some point. It's all vinyl with the exception of some special production CDs on Ray's Cargo Mining Company label. 45s, LPs from all genres of music and all decades.

They're always looking to buy good, clean records too.

Sadly, Birmingham Records has closed its doors. Some health issues with the partners made closing the best option. Ray and Jack will still be involved with the Birmingham Record Collectors and still participate in record shows in the Southeast. I know they would want to thank all who supported them.
