I generally am not a fan of potatoes...with the exception of fries w/ ketchup but only at the bowling alley...just sayin'.

Potatoes? Bring 'em on - boiled, fried, scalloped, baked, and if they're mashed they'd better have LUMPS.

Potatoes are the vehicle that allows you to ingest loads of salt and butter. Without them you would have to pour melted butter on a salt lick. Cool

Oh, and let's not forget hash browned. The more buttery, the better...and more golden than brown, please. Anything burnt is just shoestring potatoes. A nice nest for eggs, diced ham and plenty of melted cheese.

I ordered 70 something bucks of socks and briefs from Kmart.com today. I just got an email from them saying that they shipped 1 (one) pack of socks so far...UPS.

How dumb is that? Pretty dumb I think, just shipping 1 pack of socks so far, and UPS!!!

I deal with invoices like that every day - sometimes I see a $2 part which cost them $15 to ship. Then there are the under-a-dollar invoices that make me think "They're paying people $15 an hour to process THIS?!?"
