It's been said about the "is it overrated threads before."

In my book all really overrated so I can't choose.

Easy choice for me, since I feel that "Money" is a really, really bad song, from the cliched cash register sounds to the cheesy (yet overwrought!) guitar to the grating vocal delivery. There's not a song that bad on Pepper or Zep IV; heck, there's not a song that bad on almost any album. This was the first song I heard from DSOTM and, as a big fan of Ummagumma at the time, when someone told me it was on the new Floyd album I blurted out "No it's not!!".

Darn! I've voted Dark Side by accident (which I consider one of the best albums ever).

It'd be hard to choose between the other two, although it'd probably be... hmmm... hmmm... Very Happy

OK, Sgt.Pepper Smile

These are all classic records.
Not sure how old you responders are, but if you were around when they were released..they were mindblowing and had a major impact on what followed.

( ( ( ( ( ((((((( Cool
No doubt about that, for me PF's 'DSOTM' is dull 'shopping mall' music! Hopefully the reverse side of the moon isn't that dull 'n' boring! .

None of the above Razz But if I was forced at gunpoint to pick one it would be Sgt Peppers. I didn't vote though because they
really aren't overrated

For what they are, at their time, Not at all. New and refreshing, Maybe a song or few on each LP could be. My mind screams that "Frampton comes alive" Is the bottom of the barrel. "Baby, I Love Your Way", "Do You Feel Like We Do" and "Show Me the Way" With the follow up "I'm in you" make me gag. Earlier lps and Humble pie were MUCH better....but that's what's great about music "art". Everyone has an opinion.
