Fireflite, thanks for sharing! The drummer of the Sounds, Johnny Liebkind, moved on to do vocals, by name Johnny - he made a very succesfull ( in finland ) career on 60´s, and was named the finish Cliff Richard - that gives you al ot what kind of pop/rock he did. His first release by name Johnny was cover from Cliff´s Lucky Lips.
The Sounds, are quite collectible in finland. They released many singles in japan, as well albums, yours is nice one! I might introduce some Johnny´s solo singles soon, would be good folllow-up to this one! )

thanks again, nice 45!

You're very welcome -it's nice to find something like that every now and then.
Did they only do instrumentals?

This all sounds really cool. In my opinion, the most talented band (trio) to come from Finland is, without a doubt, Kingston Wall. They released 3 albums in the early 90s combining psychedelia, progressive rock and eastern influences.

Here are some sound clips as well:

"Shine On Me" is probably the most famous song they released. It's a great song, although the heavy nodding towards Pink Floyd's Wish You Were Here and Comfortable Numb is a bit disturbing. Love that sax. But you decide what you think:

My favourite album is the 2nd album and it starts off really well with three excellent tracks glued together

There are tons of tracks on YouTube for you to listen. It's very hard to think of a sitation where someone would NOT like this music. I usually prefer short and consice guitar solos but if the guitar solos sounds like these, you have no reason to chop them off.
