Hi,

Newbie here, and hoping someone can either help me determine the value of Led Zeppelin Destroyer, or point me in the right direction.

The only instance I've found of it selling was via popsike, where it says it went for 266 euro on ebay in 2008. At the time, that would have equaled a little over $400.

http://www.popsike.com/Led-Zeppelin-Destroyer-Live-1977-4LP-Box-ex/150302692499.html

I saw an online comment about it being worth $120 - $200. Other than that, I've not been able to find anything else about its value.

Does anyone have any further info on its value, or know where else I can search?

Thank you.

Hello Guild, welcome to the RCG ! Very Happy This is a bootleg, correct ? That's probably why you can't get an accurate value on it. Most boots are not sold on ebay,so there won't be alot of info on sales for it. More than likely a Zeppelin collector will pay more for it than anyone else will. Are you planning on keeping it or selling it ?

Smilin' Ears 77-300 from 1977?

Cool find and I would say the estimate of it being in the $120 area is correct - $400 is way too much I think..

Guild,

Welcome to the RCG.

I wonder if my LZ boot is the same? Artwork is different from that on the popsike link. As for value, I don't know. I bought my copy at a yard sale for dirt cheap.

Blank labels on the four discs. Deadwax reads:

DREAL-101-A
DREAL-101-B

etc....

Good sound quality. Here's a picture of my copy:

There are apparently different versions of this. I just picked this up today and it is called Sweet Jelly Roll. Cleveland 1977. It's a 4 Record Picture Disc Set with superb sound quality. Sounds like a Sound Board to me.

I had this boot back in 1985. Mine came in a Deluxe Plastic Carrying Case with a booklet inside.
At the time I paid $65.00 for it.
