Josh, there may be styli available. You'll need the cartridge brand and model number. That info should be in the literature that came with the turntable. Needledoctor.com is one place to start but I'm sure there are other sites with a better selection.
Graeme, do you know of a better place to look for replacement styli?
the other option would be to somehow wire one of two mid-century console stereos we have for line level outputs, and run those into a computer and rip from there. not sure i'm up for all of that work for being able to rip 20 songs.
