I'm pretty sure, that none of my American fellow collectors will ever dare to buy this, 'cause it's sung straight in German. I've thought it over for a while. Should or shouldn't I introduce you to one of Germany's younger female vocal artists.
A mixture of chanson and jazz garnished with a good dash of impish observations of life in general and relationship between the genders in particular.

Mrs. Kitty Hoff - 'Rauschen' ('Swoosh') / (German EMI CD 2006)

And by chance, she's a stunning beauty as well!!

Hello Davey, obviously we're fascinated by the same type of women. Your feedback is highly appreciated!

A few details about "Kitty"as you've asked for. She was born on April 21. 1972 in Muenster but lives and works in Berlin now. She describes her music as "ChansonJazz" with German lyrics.

I guess, she's released compact discs only unfortunately, except the first album "Rauschen" ("Swoosh") which I couldn't discover as an LP yet:

      Rauschen (2005, CD/LP)
      Blick ins Tal (2007)
      Zuhause (2009)
      Curiose Geschichten (2010)
      Argonautenfahrt (2013)

I hope these infos are of any use for you.
