i'm thinking this is a reissue considering the -B that is present on the record label. Also I think it is a later remington label.

Any information would be welcomed

i've copied a post of mine from the value forum to here because I am more interested in information concerning the matrix number and whether this is a first pressing of a reissue or what.

Look on the other side of the disk to see if -A is present on that label. If that is the case, the -A and -B indicate side 1 and side 2, respectively.

To my knowledge, Remington used only two label designs. The earlier is the maroon with gold print, and crown above REMINGTON (top image). The later design (bottom image) is maroon with gold print, and MUSIRAMA along top perimeter with REMINGTON along bottom perimeter.

If other Remington label designs exist, I would like to know.

They don't call it a newcomers forum for nothing, thanks. It did indicate A-B sides. Its label is identical to the top image, (with exception to composition title, composer, etc.). What exactly do its matrix numbers indicate? if anything.

Simply put, a matrix number identifies one side of a record. A stamper was made from each matrix. To prepare for a press run, the press operator had to identify the correct A- and B-side stampers before loading them (and the matching labels) in the press.

At least, that is the theory. Mistakes were sometimes made, possibly from misreading the matrix numbers, and those that managed to get past quality control and into the retail distribution chain now appear as mispressed or mislabeled disks.
