What's the deal with copies with printed lyric sleeve versus ones with a lyric insert?

I bought mine the year it came out and it had the printed lyric sleeve. I assume that is the first pressing.

Mine is second hand so I don't know the purchase date. The previous owner ripped the pages out of the LA Punk article in Rolling Stone from 1981 and put them inside the record. That's about the only thing I have to go on for a pressing date. I know there was at least one repress in '83. I would like to hear an original against the 1983 pressing cause they made a new master.
