I need some help identifying a Led Zep Boot Vinyl Title.
I am not that knowledgeable on Zeppelin,
but there are various Boot Vinyl LP's out of their 02 Arena reunion.
Most are a 3 LP set.
I've seen them (over a year or 2 ago) offered on:
1) Black Vinyl
2) Colored Vinyl
3) Picture Disc

I'm confused as to what the Name/Title of the LPs are.
They all come under the same title,
but I know Atlantic has Legitimately released it too (I think).
I think the Legit version is called "Celebration Day"?
Then there's another Box set (I think its Legitimate too),
called "Mothership"?

I just need someone in the Zep community/Know, to set me straight,
so I can start looking for the Boot version.

Roger

The only LP version of the 07 reunion that I can think of is the 3 LP set "The Grand Levitation" on Trade Mark of Quality. There are versions for sale on Discogs that range from around $140 to upwards of $600. It comes in all kinds of colors, including a picture disc version.

Celebration Day is the legitimate release of the show, also on 3 LPs. Mothership is a 4 LP 'best of' collection released by the band in 07. It has nothing to do with the reunion.

There's also a 3 LP set called "The Final Rehearsal" from Dec. 5 at Shepperton Studios. Collectors are pissed, however, because two of the songs are cut short on the LP version, but not the CD version. I can't recall the two cut songs off the top of my head. So if you find this and try to flip it, I'd mention that fact.

Well I found a guy in England selling
"The Final Rehearsals"
It a 3LP/2CD set on Blue vinyl.
I got it for $102.00 USD (including shipping)
to the US from Europe. The different sellers
Prices ranged from $90.00-$175.00.
There seemed to be a "Box Set" that had
The same 3LP/2CD Set but also featured
A Blu-Ray disc of the show and a standard
DVD of the rehearsal show.
But those were ranging in the $300.00-$450.00
USD Range, and way too expensive for my
Pocketbook. Anyway I wanted to thank
Zeppelin Hunter for his reply/info!!!
Now I just need to see if I can find
The Led Zeppelin Rehearsal DVD.

$102.00 for all that doesn't seem like a bad price in my opinion. I've come across just the LP for $49 + tax for black vinyl.

You can easily buy the DVD of the rehearsal packaged with the official release of the concert (e.g. at Amazon), and it's pretty damn cheap; I just can't think of the price off the top of my head. I'm not aware of a boot version of the DVD, but that doesn't mean anything.

And...you're welcome! I am by no means an expert on Zep boots, but I enjoy reading about them and passing on whatever info I come across.

this is the box from Virgin Vinyl. They have done a few nice boxes over the last few years including a studio outtakes one, one from the albert hall etc. They are usually priced at 99 from my dealer when they come out. They look great and for 3 LPs, 2-3 CDs and usually a DVD of some kind represent good value.
