Are Mercury SR 90480, and SR 90392 the same recordings? 90480 being just a later Mercury press. Many 90480 White Label Promo's?

No. SR90392 contains the three sonatas for cello and keyboard, S1027, S1028, and S1029. The Bach sonatas for cello alone, S1007-S1012, were originally issued as a three record-set, SR3-9016. Sonatas #2 and #5, S1008 and S1011, were taken from the box and re-issued as a single LP on SR90480.

Yes, there are a lot of WLP copies of SR90480, usually an RFR1/RFR2 pressing. These bring good money in nice condition.

90480 was to promote that Starker Box. Thanks.
It is an excellent record, was a good buy for a buck.

I just picked up 90392 as well. Great listen.
