I just added many great compilation albums by genre to VinylBeat.com. Check them out:

Nice LP shots, but i question your criteria for calling all of these "Compilation" albums in the Jazz list at any rate. Just a few at random; "Jazzmen Detroit", "Bohemia After Dark" and "Opus In Swing" aren't what I'd call comps. They may be one off sessions, but not comps, certainly.

Nice selection of Various Artists compilations. I've been buying comps since the late '60s and have about 1,000 in my collection.

Rooster, you got me! Also the "Loaded" album that I pictured is not really a compilation album. I just love the look of those jazz albums, and I think of them as comps because there's no artist or band name. But technically you're right. I was wondering if I'd get busted for that. Hope you enjoyed the gallery otherwise.

Cactus, I'm sure I'd enjoy seeing your comps collection. They don't get the respect, but they're pretty neat.

one of the rare ones, very desirable because it has Ronny Self recordings.

i know this one doesn't look like much but as far as i know it's the only way you can get a legitimate pressing of roy oribisons best recording "Domino", it was never released on a 45.

Wow, Wurlitzer,

I've never seen that "Going Places." I'll put it on my wants list. Half the battle of finding something is knowing it exists... what's the number on that one?
