I saw the credit for "childrens chorus", and was prompted to ask...

i wish i had time to post some of my oddball records on you tube but sadly i don't. so many fish to catch and so many record collections to look thru. Laughing i finally managed to play this record and ---- "i'm just a surfer boy" by pete fountain. it's a vocal and you can hear pete play his clarinet a little. it reminds me more of a "girl group" record that anything else. i'm sure i've never seen this 45 before.

I bet I will find about 20 copies of this one in the next couple of weeks, here in Louisiana.

I see multiple copies of Pete's stuff everywhere I go.

Manimal, i look [very quickly] at each side of any record i see that appears to have a "old" looking label. i've found many odd ball things over the years but this is the first time i have ever seen this one. it's strange that it's not a promo. somewhere in a old building there may be boxes of these because i don't think many bought this 45. i hope you find that building in your own "back yard".
