I can't find anything on this soul 45,Blue label is Daryl's Demo-3143-no date
A-"There ain't nothing new", music by Rolle and Ford & B-"I'm still waiting", BMI
SIMPLE MATRIX-3143 A & B -Probally a local Miami record.
Any info would be appreciated, Thanks.

Don't confuse "rare" with "scarce". In all likelihood, there's little information about it, because it's scarce, and it may indeed be scarce, but whether it's rare (ie: "valuable"), remains to be seen. Simply because there aren't many in circulation doesn't necessarily mean it's desirable to collectors (yet, at any rate).
