These songs are on a 1962 EP by Elvis, titled "Follow That Dream".

"Value" depends on condition of both the cover and record. Your "good" condition might mean one thing to you and another to a collector. Please see the Grading Records page for tips on describing your copy.

this record in good condition without the cover is worth about 25 to 50 cents

I suspect that the OP does not understand that as a record grade 'good' means 'bad'.

i've had many elvis records on display in a retail setting at a low price and they don't sell.
(early pressings in VG+ thru NM condition, many different releases, some even SS)

the average customer in a record store these days doesn't even look at elvis.

the people who do look at them don't buy any records at all, has been my experience.
they're gawkers, not customers.

the elvis market is soft here in the present day reality of a brick and mortar record store.
nobody is buying that, these days for the most part...

this is happening everywhere, E's records are surfacing in such numbers that prices are off about 75%. i'm currently dumping all my hi end E stuff, i don't see it ever making a recovery, same with the beatles. folks are finally realizing what i told them 35 years ago was true, there's lots and lots of that stuff out there.

I posted a similar question about this a while back. Folks here were telling me that the clean original vinyl for Elvis (and I would presume the Beatles as well) still sells very well, but it's mostly via the internet and not in brick and mortar shops.

Is this not the case any more? It is true that you can find a beat up (or even as high as a strong VG) Elvis or Beatles record without trying too hard, but I'd think the really clean stuff is still pretty difficult to find.

i still find lots of near mint stuff by E and the beatles, it just doesn't sell as well any more. actually the g condition ones will sell much quicker, someone will buy them and put them on ebay as "beautiful shape" [that's abbreviated "BS"] and sell them to some novice.

i only have 2 left and i'm keeping them for trade bait, they've really gone down in price recently, look at what they're selling for on CF, lots in the 500 to 700 dollar range. i think they hit their peak a couple years ago
