I never noticed before...

Shouldn't that be /Funk ?

Pop deserves its' own abyss of a forum, no?

When I think of r&b and soul artists, my next genre train of thought isn't pop.
Just sayin.

R&B / Soul / Funk belong in the same family. Funk rights!

:^/

Did i miss a funk forum somewhere?

vinylvillela,

Back in the RCG's younger days, the forums were somewhat simpler and the genre threads were more specific. As time went by, some of the forums got more participation and others less. The Pop forum in particular didn't get much action as I remember it. in any case, it became apparent the answer might lie in combining the various forums for space consideration.

Incidentally, I don't recall a "Funk" specific forum. I think, in the beginning, it may well have been "R&B/Soul/Funk" But then again, it's been a while since all this took place, so I can't really recall with any certainty whether it existed as such or not.
