I have recently come across an acetate
It has a paper label with the words in print A belinda Recording.
In hand written ball point is the title Brother Bill ( the last clean shirt.
Does anyone have any information on this label? There is no artist or release date or anything else on the disc.
Can anyone shed any light on this disc.

Hi and welcome to the RCG.

Have you listened to the record? That's probably going to provide the best clue to who the artist is.

Hi there. I haven't anything to play it on, nor know anyone who has.

That song was written by Charles Otis with Lieber and Stoller. It has been recorded by T Bone Walker, Bing Crosby, and The Animals. Take it to a local used record store, the person working there can play it for you and help identify the artist if it's one of the three mentioned above. Good Luck.

Hi and thanks for your comments.
We'll I've had an email from Peter Stroller himself explaining some stuff about the disc and record label, and an email from the Rocking Berrys also having sang the song.
Pete Stroller has asked if I can get it played and record it for him and send it he may be able to identify if it was the animals, if not he may be able to say who it was.
I'm so pleased people are kind enough to help, it's a mystery to me.
Many thanks guys, I'll post it on here when I finally find out who it is.
