:....I always look for Beatles 45's under the Musart Label, 1st pressing ever made in Mexico...every once in a while I bump into 2 or 3 of them, always in ( P- ) condition. Bowie material always are imports, mexican issues are virtually gone. U2 and The Cure gotta be made by polygram or catalogue must be LAE or LPR for 1st pressings. But most of all:

Bruce Springsteen - Dancing in the Dark 12" red Vinyl
Kiss - Alive II Mex Misspressing
Kiss - I was Made for Loving You 12" green or yellow, or red
Prince - any release will be great for sale or keep, but 'Purple Rain' Picture disc sell above US 100

Beatles, Stones, CCR, Led Zep, Doors are always very common to find, re-issues and 1st editions, but beaten up to hell...

This always made me think when I bump into one of these: "...how did they play this record? or where? under what situation? how it came to this end?

According to my Goldmine that's true for the stereo release, but it's the other way around for mono. Is that true?

All I know is that the initial pressing had her picture, no permission had been obtained and her people pitched a fit. Her image was removed pronto to avoid a lawsuit. I can't imagine there would be a difference in the collage between stereo and mono.

Andy Warhol cover art from the '50s. It's shocking what some of those are selling for.

Jimi Hendrix Experience - Axis: Bold as Love US Reprise Mono stock copy
...this was my "One that got away" record...I stupidly traded it away when I got a stereo record player for my 12thy B-day, worth thousands now.
If you have a copy of this that has a Gabor Szabo gatefold with the Hendrix liner pasted over it, I want it back, no questions asked. (just kidding.)

Mamas & Papas -Crashon, Screamon, All Fall Down (with Jill Gibson on vocals)
Does anyone know if this actually exists? Supposedly promo copies were pressed up, and a guy on the Hoffman music forum claims to have put his hands on a copy, but I can't find any documented sales.

Bruce Springsteen - Born to Run "Script font" cover

Rolling Stones - High Tide & Green Grass, different font on front cover.

The Ramones "Leave Home" with the "Carbona Not Glue" track - deleted from subsequent issues because of the trade name.
Ritchie Valens self-titled debut - has "That's My Little Suzie" listed on the back as "I've Got A Gal Named Sue".
